Penn State Altoona to host engineering showcase May 2

ALTOONA, Pa. — Students in Penn State Altoona’s engineering programs will present their senior capstone projects from 8 a.m. to 5:10 p.m. on Friday, May 2, in the Wolf Kuhn Theatre of the Misciagna Family Center for Performing Arts.

Senior students studying electro-mechanical engineering technology, mechanical engineering and rail transportation engineering will show how their knowledge from the classroom was used to enhance many organizations’ operations, products and services.

Demonstrations of the projects will take from 5:25 to 6:45 p.m. in the Force Advanced Technology Center.
